SHIPPING POLICY
Note: All our orders are handmade on demand, which may cause delays in high-demand situations. However, we guarantee the safety and delivery of orders.

Order Processing:
- Orders are processed on the same day they are placed unless it is a holiday or weekend, in which case they will be processed the next business day.
- Once the order is verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and shipped to the delivery address.

Shipping Time:
- Typically, delivery time ranges from 5-7 days depending on product demand.
- In exceptional cases, such as during periods of high demand or due to logistical issues, shipping may take 1-2 weeks.
- The customer has a 50-day window for the product to arrive. If not received, a refund will be issued for lost or undelivered orders.

Shipping Tracking:
- All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number to facilitate delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance.

Customer Responsibility:
- The customer must provide the correct address when placing the order. In case of an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notification will be left. If the package is not picked up within X days, it will be returned to the warehouse without refund option.

Exchanges and Returns:
- Any returns are at the customer's expense.
- Returns will not be accepted if the terms mentioned are not met.
